These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers via our online shop. Our offers are directed to customers in the European Union and the United States.

3) Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected products.

The contract is concluded when you receive an order confirmation by email.

4) Prices & Shipping

All prices shown are final prices. For customers within the European Union, no additional customs duties, import taxes, or fees apply. Any applicable duties or taxes are fully covered by us.

Orders are shipped from Turkey. Shipping costs, if applicable, are clearly displayed during checkout.

5) Payment Methods

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the order.

6) Delivery

Delivery times are provided on the product pages or during checkout. We ship primarily via UPS and, where applicable, DHL.

7) Right of Withdrawal & Returns

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you acquires physical possession of the goods.

Return shipping costs are fully covered by us. All products are eligible for return, including discounted items.

8) Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, the refund will be processed within 3 to 7 business days using the original payment method.

9) Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are liable only in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage.

10) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is Düsseldorf.

11) Final Provisions

Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be or become invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
