We currently ship orders to customers within the European Union and the United States of America.

2) Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from Turkey. Orders are prepared and dispatched after payment confirmation.

3) Shipping Carriers

We primarily work with the following shipping carriers:

  • UPS (primary carrier)
  • DHL (depending on destination)
  • FedEx (depending on destination)
  • or an equivalent international shipping carrier, selected based on destination, shipping volume, and the most efficient delivery option.

4) Delivery Times

Special Shipping Service: Your order is dispatched within 24 hours.

Estimated delivery times are displayed on the relevant product pages or during the checkout process. Delivery typically takes 1–7 business days, depending on route conditions and logistical circumstances.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by external factors such as customs processing, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.

5) Shipping Costs

Any applicable shipping costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process before the order is completed. If no shipping costs apply, this will be clearly indicated at checkout.

6) Customs, Duties & Taxes

For deliveries within the European Union, customers are not charged any additional customs duties, import taxes, or fees upon delivery. All customs-related costs and import charges are fully covered by us.

For shipments to the United States, applicable import regulations apply in accordance with local laws. Any required customs procedures are handled as part of the shipping process.

7) Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

8) Failed Delivery & Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

If a shipment is returned to us due to address-related issues, our customer service team will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
