1) Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, takes physical possession of the goods.

2) How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (for example, by email).

3) Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (if applicable), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.

Refunds are processed within 3 to 7 business days after the returned goods have been received and approved, using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

4) Return of Goods

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal.

The costs of returning the goods are fully covered by us. Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided after your withdrawal request.
