What size should I order?
You can refer to our Size Guide to find the most accurate size based on your foot length. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend choosing the next half size up.
Are your shoes true to size?
Yes, our shoes are designed to match standard U.S. women’s shoe sizing. Any product-specific sizing notes are provided on the relevant product page.
Do you offer wide or narrow fit options?
We currently offer standard (medium width) styles only. If you have wider feet, we recommend ordering half a size up.

Where are your shoes made?
All our products are manufactured in Türkiye (Turkey).
How are the shoes produced?
Each pair is crafted with 100% handmade production techniques by experienced artisans. Our products are not mass-produced; they are made in small batches with high attention to quality and detail.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship to all U.S. states?
Yes, we ship throughout the United States.
How long does delivery take?
Since our products ship directly from Turkey, delivery typically takes 10 to 24 business days, depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer free returns within 100 days of delivery. Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories.
How can I start a return?
To initiate a return, please contact us at bilgi@limoya.com. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and detailed instructions.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to order a different size, model, or color, please return your item and place a new order.
Payments & Refunds
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other secure payment options.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued within 5 to 10 business days to your original method of payment.
Will I get a refund if I used a discount code?
Yes, but only for the amount actually paid. Discount values are not refunded.

Are your shoes vegan or leather?
The material composition of each product is clearly listed on its respective product page. Some styles are vegan-friendly, while others are made with genuine leather.
Will sold-out items be restocked?
Some items may be restocked depending on production. You can sign up for restock notifications on the product page if available.
Can I modify or cancel my order after purchase?
Orders are processed quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you.
